My first time using Walmart Vision, I was skeptical at first, but Dr. Tran was Awesome. She's personable and didn't rush me at all. I arrived 45 minutes early and that wasn't a big deal. I will definitely be back next year for sure.

didn’t tell me she was out of network, just said my insurance was accepted and did my exam. i repeatedly asked for confirmation. now i see an out of network claim on my vision insurance also missing info on my rx. had to call and get it added

Have been coming here since before I was able to drive myself and have driven distances to come back. Prices are very good and never have a problem with being able to schedule an appointment! Definitely recommend

My family has been seeing Dr. Tran for about 10 years. She is very efficient, yet thorough. Her office staff is very friendly. The office is always neat and organized. I have never had to wait for my appointment even if I get there early. No reason for me to go anywhere else.

Dr Tran is anazing, great and thorough but I gave it only a 2 star due to the awful experience I had with the lady at the reception. She was very rude, kept accusing me and also kept my credit card with her and refused to give it to me. She was literally yelling at me

I still become amazed by people and places that one would expect to have great service, but Dr. Tran was awesome. I went in to get a prescription for contacts and walked out with a new prescription not only for contacts but also for glasses. That surprised me since the last eye doctor i went to for glasses would only fit me for glasses and I would have to pay extra to be fitted for contacts. So when I saw her write for both, I was amazed. She took the time to answer my all my questions and gave me suggestions. During the exam she was friendly and made sure I was blinking once my new contacts were in. I do not want to forget mentioning her staff. Well the young lady that was assisting her. She was friendly to every customer that walked in even if she was helping another. Even the intern that was there was friendly, quiet but friendly. Will definitely use again when i need a new prescription.

I've been coming here for about 8 years and have referred others. Anh is by far the BEST optometrist I've ever known. Every contact lens and eyeglass prescription has been accurate. Prices are great too! Everytime I've left a message, they've called me back. Love them!

I wouldn't even have give one start if I didn't have to go write this review Horrible place- they don't even answer the phone to schedule appointments I have been calling for TWO DAYS

I have been going to Dr Tran for many years, she is thorough and caring, would highly recommend.

Dr. Tran has been my eye doctor since I was 15 years old, she also used to see my mom. I was so excited to see her when I moved back in town last year. She is exceptional. However, I have had one too many bad experiences with the receptionist in her office. So I don’t confuse her with anyone else. I believe she is of middle-eastern decent, wears glasses, and a hijab. I have been yelled at several times and have experienced so many complications dealing with her. My script was even written incorrectly and she refused to correct it. She is completely opposite to Dr. Trans calm and peaceful demeanor. I’m saddened that I will have to seek care elsewhere as I cannot stomach dealing with such a disgraceful person.

I have been seeing Dr. Tran for years now and I am never disappointed. The entire process is quick and painless and she is personable and professional.

Very bad experience with this doctor we went yesterday night because my husband has a metal in his eye, his drill was not working so she sent us to a different place but in there the doctor doesnt have a drill so I call again for an appointment and she said No go to an emergency room, thats rude because we always used to go see her and pay for it not a gift and thats part of her job she can do it but she doesnt want to

The doctor was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience driving home that night with my new contact prescription. I have astigmatism and my contacts do not sit well on my eyes. I had to keep blinking in order to see clearly but my contacts would shift and my vision would get blurry again. I contacted the office and was able to go in again and I went through a very quick test to double check that my prescription was correct. I was told that it was and I just assumed my eyes just got worse due to aging. Fast forward to a year later and I went back to my original vision place I was used to going. I asked the doctor if the brand of contacts might have anything to do with it. Originally I assumed that it was my eyes aging (I was 30 at the time) but I was told that the brand could have something to do with it. I was told the difference in contact brands and the silicone used and the technology behind the two brands. When I was given a prescription for the original brand, my vision became so much better, the way it used to be. I am very disappointed that I was prescribed a very inferior (although cheaper) product. I am especially disappointed because I told the eye doctor that I was used to be able to seeing better and was simply told that the prescription is correct and that she did not consider that the cheaper brand may not be as good as the more expensive brand that I was used to in the past that I ended up reverting to. I suffered through constant blurring to correct my vision with random blurriness for an entire year. The extra star I provided was because the doctor and the office staff were nice. FYI The cheap brand was Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism. The original/new brand is Biofinity Toric. I later found out that contacts companies will heavily market to doctors offices with all types of perks and benefits should they exclusively select one brand over the other. Please do your research on contact brands especially if you have astigmatism. Doctors sometimes have a financial interest to recommend one product over the other and may be tempted to consider what is in their best financial interest over your eyes.

Dr. Tran is great. Professional. Easy to get an appointment.
