Please be aware they dont use your vision insurance. Even if your company is providing vision insurance through a different provider, they will only bill to your medical insurance. So ready to pay from your pocket that $200 per person if you are in that situation.

My wife recent interaction with them was incredibly disappointing due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of their secretary over the phone. What truly shocked us was her lack of basic respect and courtesy. I believe that every customer, especially those seeking medical care, deserves to be treated with kindness and empathy. Unfortunately, the secretary's behavior was far from empathetic. She displayed a complete lack of understanding or empathy for my wife concerns and needs. We cannot recommend this clinic, and we will be seeking care elsewhere.
