Pet owners drive from SC and everywhere in NC for specialty eye care or eye surgery for their pets. Dr. Fisher is an excellent surgeon. Her team treats all eye diseases, like glacoma and eye injuries. Care is outstanding, surgery is done in one day with your pet returning home by closing. Our little Victor was born with an eye disease that scarred one eye. It also caused blindness and recurrent eye infections. His eye was removed, and he is doing exceptionally well. This photo is only day 3 following surgery. His pain is well managed with meds, swelling is going down, and he is eating good. He wants to be active already desiring to run around the house again. We are keeping him cozy in his room for 2 weeks for a full recovery to be on the safe side. Then he'll get to slap the dogs out the door again and lounge in his outdoor condo made for him, Our sweet boy is healing great. Thank you so much Dr Fisher!!!!

Love love love this place! I brought my puppy to them with what we know now was cataracts. We’ve visited them routinely for 9 months and as they’ve watched my girl grow up, I’ve truly felt like they love her. Dr. Fisher always kept me informed and has very successfully restored my babies vision! All of the staff here are so welcoming and helpful with any of the questions you may have. I truly wish this could be my dogs routine vet and it will be a bittersweet goodbye when the time comes. They were very reasonably priced in our experience as well!

Our puppy, Macklin, was born with hair cells misplaced on his eye lid. Initially, the hair growing was of no issue to him. We attempted to have it removed via Electrosurgery by our local vet while he was under anesthesia for neutering but the hair regrew within 4-5 days. We continued to monitor until one day a new hair was growing backwards toward his eye and causing irritation. At this point, he was around 10 months old. Our local vet was afraid it could cause damage to his eye and referred us to Animal Eye Care Associates. Dr. Fisher then cut out the hairs and sewed up the incision. It has healed better than we ever expected and so far, more than 3 months later, no hairs have returned. Fantastic staff, vets and facility! Your animal is in good hands here!
