I have been a patient of AO for a few years now and am so very happy with the services they provide! I've tried the big chains before and they were just OK, but the folks at AO really make me feel like I'm being heard (and seen!). If I need another adjustment to my glasses? --No problem. If I scratched the lens and need a repair? No problem! Custom sunglasses? Absolutely. (and they even told me I looked cool!) They have an amazing selection of options and will go above and beyond to get you just exactly what you need. I will definitely be coming back to this family-owned business. :)

It was time for new glasses. Adam provided excellent customer service with the frame selection, measurements and explanation of options available with the “Silhouette” frames (love them). Prior to departing with my new glasses, Adam verified the accuracy and vision parameters to ensure all measurements were to exact standards and that I was pleased with the results. Frame adjustments were made for a perfect comfortable fit. I have been a long time customer, each visit has always been a very pleasant experience, exceeding my expectations. I visited Annapolis Opticians recently and was truly pleased with the experience. This is a beautifully laid out store that is well stocked. The employees care about their craft and take the time to make sure the client is satisfied. We were purchasing our daughters first pair of glasses and we were really impressed with how meticulous they were in making sure they had the right fitment.
