My son is a patient here the #1 thing I love is the atmosphere. it's soothing and the lighting is gentle and the walls painted nicely which makes it a comfortable place to go. It's probably the prettiest office I have ever been in and the equipment that they use is really advanced and they sit with you and tell you what the images mean. You aren't left guessing why some things have to be done. Everyone is really caring and helpful and fast! I think the longest I waited for the appointment to start was 10 minutes and the appointments were always done in about an hour and a half. I've brought my son in here for troubles with his eyes a few times and everyone from the front desk to the technicians, and the doctors are just great with him and with me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointed. The staff are very nice, the eye exam and testing itself is thorough. But over time the doctor seemed to demonstrate less interest, impatience with my questions or concerns about a product he recommended, and talked down to me. I believe I am having a problem with a product he recommended for eye hygiene and that is why I went to see him, yet he referred me to another opthalmologist who he said could address my sensitivities, etc.

The cataract operation was miraculous, and a year later I still am excited seeing colors with intensity I had forgotten existed. I read without glasses now. The office is well run and staff have been consistently helpful and responsive to my needs. The operations (both eyes) went flawlessly. And Dr. Boles is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
