I haven’t purchased from this store in a while. Came in today for a random frame adjustment and the service, professionalism, and overall kindness particularly from SPENCER reminded me while specialty shops are worth it and why I may start coming back.

Hands down the best eye doctor I have been to and also the friendliest staff in Ansley Mall. Great selection of frames and my glasses were ready very quickly.

I've been seeing Dr. G for several years. She is always extremely thorough and never rushes my exams. She listens to her patients and is never satisfied until all issues are totally resolved. She's professional, knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. This extends to the support staff at Ansley as well. They are always on top of things and provide exceptional customer service, whether it's picking out the best frames or getting new lens installed. Highly recommend this great group of folks.
