After being a customer for 18 years my family and I will never go back. Never had a problem with glasses until last pair, when I did I was mistreated and in the end have a useless pair of glasses.I found out today that the glare resistant coating that I paid for was not even on them. I was also not refunded money owed because after returning glasses several times I had to take a pair of glasses without progressive lens. The receptionist Maritza does not give Dr. messages and talks down to you with bitter contempt. I have only given several reviews in my life, and all were positive ones. My 1st bad review.Go where you are treated with respect and Maritza can go s..t in her hat ......

The staff at Dr. Boni's in Woodbridge are very efficient and knowledgeable in their field. Drs. Watson and Michalski-Paff, and Maritza at the front desk are helpful, friendly, courteous and kind (did I just rip that off from the BSA?). My daughter was the first in the family to go to them a few years ago and my wife and I used another doctor. After sitting in the waiting room waiting for my daughter, and listening to the give & take, we changed doctors to Drs. Watson and Michalski-Paff as well a few years back.
If you need an eye doctor, and Woodbridge is in your vicinity, this is the place to go. I should have written this review quite awhile ago.

In reviewing some of the posted reviews I am very baffled of some of the negative comments.. It appears people must of had an off day or seems "give me what I want when I want it or else"!. My husband and I have been going to the Woodbridge location for years now. The Dr. There is very pleasant and the secretary Maritza is always helpful and truly handles the office as an office manager. I understand the posts below where people have an off day, but you know it's nice to be nice maybe instead of approaching someone as "I'm higher then thee". Everyone in the office are all very thorough and pleasant in our opinion.
