Very pleased with my experience coming to Apple Eye Care. From making an appointment, to when I arrive. The courtesy phone calls are a great way of reminding you of your appointment. I went to renew my prescription and also to get fitted for contact lenses. Dr. Applebaum is a professional eye car specialist who I implicitly trust to care best for my vision and Eye Health. Prices are very reasonable and I was seen quickly on all three of my visits to his clinic.

Patient beware: Dr. Applebaum cannot treat severe eye infections with any kind of oral antibiotic. Also, make sure you ask him if you can purchase an over the counter generic. Otherwise, he will write a script. Keep your money and take your kid to Upper Valley Urgent Care Centre. They do a great job of being transparent and kind. Customer service also goes a long way, don’t expect to be acknowledged if they’re having a conversation when you arrive. Awkward.

They said warranty 1 year for frame but after 3 months, my frame was broken and I brought it to be warranted but he said I need pay $30 for shipping frame back to frame company. While I search this frame’s price at other optic stores is $29.95. It means he has never warranty as he said. He wanna sell it with the market price for me, not warranty. Never come back this store.
