Very responsive! Referred by my Insurance company, I called Wednesday and had my first appt (set within my requested time frame) on Friday. They called Thursday to let me know a slot had opened for an hour earlier than what I had settled for initially. Courteous and efficient, the receptionist had my trying on my frames in less than 15 mins. 10 mins later I was seeing the optometrist for my exam. She was very clear and detailed in telling me what she found, and what I needed to do next. They handled the fact that I travel with a service dog without so much as a blink. Clean and welcoming with a GREAT selection of frames. While totally professional, they were warm and welcoming as well. Best eye exam experience I have had in 50+ years. Highly recommended.
