Fabulous experience here! I came in as a new patient since my previous optometrist no longer took my insurance. This office is so clean, neat, and pretty! I came in for contacts, but they had a great selection of glasses and carried designer as well. Dr. Pham is the absolute nicest, made me feel comfortable, and she explained everything and was informative the whole way through. The woman who helped me at the desk (sorry didn't catch her name) was very nice and straightforward when explaining pricing to me. I would also like to mention that when I scheduled my appointment over the phone a gentleman answered the phone and he had great customer service. Overall, I'm very happy with my visit here. It was the smoothest, quickest, yet informative experience I've had at an optometrist.

This optometrist had better service when they were located inside sears. The receptionist lack professionalism & they take a ridiculous amount of time when it comes to having prescription glasses ready. With no answer as to why the glasses are not ready, I am so disappointed, the doctors are great just the communication from the employees it’s sad to see.
