I've been going to Apple Valley Eye Care for many, many years and will continue to do so. Dr. Wellick and Mike, as always, were excellent. I worked with Madi, in the glasses department, for the first time. She was extremely helpful, patient and was so good to work with. The rest of the support staff were equally friendly and helpfu. Thanks so much, Apple Valley Eye Care!

I've been coming here for years. I've had various physicians, including the ever-popular Dr. Bob, and I've always felt like my eye needs were always met here by people who are pleasant and eager to help. I'd have no issue recommending people to come here for their eye needs.

My teenage daughter had her annual eye exam there. The assistant Stephanie who did all the pre-checks (like the puff of air) was super friendly and upbeat. Then Dr. Amanda did the complete eye exam. She was confident, efficient, and carried on a pleasant conversation while maneuvering all the machinery and doing all the checks. She was very upbeat as well. We were considering switching my daughter to contacts from glasses, so she gave us the information we needed and then we consulted with the contact lens specialist. Their first-time contact lens process is very thorough: take a one-hour class to learn about wearing and taking care of contacts, in which you must successfully insert and remove each contact twice in order to take them home for wearing; then take a trial pair home and return in 2 weeks for a follow-up visit with the doctor, and if all is well, take home your supply of contacts. As a long-time wearer of contacts, I think this is a very smart approach for first-time users.
