This office treat their patients like they are nothing. They cancelled my dad surgery without letting him know and reschedule it for two months now. They are disrespectful and the people on the front desk and phone are rude. I don’t recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Dr Aran should review his staff because his clinic is the worst in Miami right now. I’m sure they don’t care about this review, but if you are planing to go there please be aware this place just don’t care about you just the money your insurance is paying.

This place is the absolute worst eye center in the free world! I was diagnosed with narrow angle glaucoma 1.5 months ago by Dr. Analisa Arosemena, my IOP was 35 in both eyes. She said I needed emergency surgery before I go blind! The office is like a slaughterhouse with patients standing in the waiting room! The Dr. was jumping from patient to patient without spending time or explaining anything to the patients. I've been calling the office for 3 weeks now to try and schedule my surgery to no avail. No one could give me a straight answer as they said they are backed up for surgery. I went in person and they finally revealed that Dr. Arosemena is no longer with their clinic! They outright lied to me repeatedly, knowing that I needed emergency surgery and neglected to notify me that my doctor quit! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

It took less than 10 minutes to book my first appointment, and it was scheduled without a problem, even though it took 4 months before I was seen by a doctor, it was worthwhile waiting. At my arrival there were a large crowd of patients waiting and I thought it was going to be a long wait. Well, it wasn’t too long the wait, and I was checked in by nurse assistant “Heidi”, I think that was her name. She really was very methodist and knew her procedure to prepare me to be seen by the doctor. Soon after she finished, it wasn’t too long when the doctor called me and checked my eyes. I have been scheduled another procedure for December 26th, 2023 and I am looking forward to it. Great job done yesterday 11/20/2023. KUDOS for AranEyes Associates.
