Waiting time was long as only one doctor was seeing patients and there were about 12 patients in the waiting room. Overall appointment took about 2 hours. The receptionist was pleasant and Dr.Deen and the assistants were courteous and professional. However, the young lady at the check-out window spoke so loudly and constantly talking to her coworker in Spanish instead of focusing on completing my appointment. She handed me a paper without even saying anything. I had to ask her if I was done.' Youre all done, have a nice day' would be more appropriate to end my visit.
This area needs improvement, this excessive and constant loud talking to each other in Spanish while customers waiting to be checked out is unprofessional. Overall, everyone was nice.

Horrible Horrible Office
Clueless staffs -Do not trust your eye health in this place at all. I have been trying to get an appointment for my mom since Nov 2nd. I did everything they asked me to do. I emailed the referral. I gave them her insurance information. And almost 25 days later after several more calls, I’m still waiting. And as a new patient I can already guess how existing patient are treated. I am so done trying with this place

To summarize my experience succinctly: The care I receive from my dog's veterinarian surpasses what I encountered at this clinic. My recommendation: Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s the most disappointing ophthalmology office I've visited in the U.S.
Avoiding specific names, I had scheduled an appointment with a particular ophthalmologist at this clinic. Upon my arrival, a 45-minute wait ensued. Then, a trainee examined my eyes, seemingly with little care or expertise. While I was there for a glaucoma check, they performed an array of unnecessary tests. Subsequently, in another room, a technician subjected me to repetitive tests on a machine, redoing the same test an exorbitant 20 times for each eye, which showcased their glaring inexperience. Another lengthy wait later, a second trainee reexamined my eyes using the same procedures. When I was finally told my doctor would see me shortly, they referred to a female doctor, whereas I had scheduled with a specific male doctor who is a member of that office. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she feigned ignorance about the doctor I mentioned, even when I showed his profile from the clinic's website. When I inquired if she specialized in glaucoma – the purpose of my visit – she admitted she didn’t and said she'd refer me to another specialist. In essence, it was a complete mismanagement of time and resources. Yet, when I voiced my concerns at the reception, they still insisted I pay for the misdirected appointment. The receptionist, who claimed to be the team lead, was particularly unhelpful, which, in hindsight, explains the office’s evident inefficiency.
If you opt for this clinic, prepare for a service that feels impersonal and haphazard. I, for one, will not return. I'm considering seeking legal advice regarding the unjust charges and the misleading nature of my appointment.
A word of advice: Learn from the mistakes of others. This establishment doesn't deserve your time or money.
