They should have a more professional, attentive and friendly staff especially with the people of the third who is the largest volume of patients to whom they should explain in more detail the procedure of the type of surgery and the post-operative instructions the truth that the care The patient leaves much to be desired.

You don't have to wait long to be seen. They are very polite and professional. I've been going to Aran for more that 10 years and haven't had to wait for more that 5 to 15 minutes. I think that's awesome.

You must take half a day off or a day off if you have a scheduled appointment here. I waited two in a half hours until I was finally seen by the doctor. Customer service and Dr. deserve 5 stars, but I am giving 3 stars due to the horrendous wait time.

Dr. Arosemena is the best glaucoma specialist in town. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

The most awful experience. Wait was going to be 4 hours! My dad partially paralyzed and in a wheelchair. We left. Disgusting that you would treat patients this way and EXPECT them to be Ok waiting so long. A total fail. Learn to schedule!!!! Despicable to hold old and invalid people who don’t have the option to go somewhere else hostage to your poor scheduling practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Very pleased with medical care! Cost of medications on top of lenses I have needed ( toric) on top of F plan, so I don’t have pay the 20% to your company, has been very difficult. It would seem that perhaps lower cost generics might help. Example you prescribed Llevro which was very pricey. I regularly use Refresh plus which has methyl-cellulose. Is there not something simpler and less expensive that I could use in conjunction with the refresh?

I was in shock when I walked in and saw about 45 people in the waiting room. Much to my surprise, I was taken in within 30 min of arriving. The nurse was adorable, super friendly and kind. Had to wait another 15 min to see doctor after the nurse had run the basic tests. What I did like is that the doctor had a concern and to rule it out, I was sent to have a couple of additional test on-site... so I was able to tackle most of everything within one day (I have to go back in a month for the last test). Although the whole visit took approx 2 hrs ... I am not complaining. I felt they were thorough, which made the long process bearable.

My experience at Aran Eye Associate was quite a pleasant one. The Doctors and staff are courteous and helpful and I will recommend to my family and friends to Aren Eye Associate whenever they need an eye specialist. Thank you.

The 3 star is for the very long wait. The procedure went well and in that part I did have a good experience and for that I'll give it 5 star.

The personal service is good, but on this occasion the doctor had ordered a photo check, and when it was my turn for direct consultation with the doctor, he wasn't online. I had to go through the expedited process, but I've seen that other people have had the same experience. The doctor is very professional.
