I have visited Aran Eye Associates three times with the goal of finding out whether I am a candidate for intraocular lens implant surgery. After multiple appointments, exams, and tests, I still have not received a clear answer or had the opportunity to discuss my results directly with the doctor. Each time I ask for information, I am told by the reception staff that the appointment is simply for additional testing or a routine check-up. As a patient, I find it frustrating to invest so much time without receiving an explanation of my results or a treatment recommendation. I understand that thorough testing is important, but after three visits, I expected better communication, follow-up, and access to the physician to discuss my options. Patients deserve clear answers and transparency regarding their care. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling ignored and uncertain about the next steps for my vision treatment.

Dr Masvidal is a fantastic and professional Doctor. I have always had a very positive and pleasant experience in his office and would highly recommend him. The staff is also very nice and so are all his nurses and assistants. Only have the best to say about this doctor and his office. Luli G

I've had a terrible experience with this office. My eye procedure, which is extremely important, has been repeatedly postponed. Each time, I'm given a new date, and now they've pushed it all the way to January! The constant delays and lack of urgency are unacceptable. They show no regard for their patients' needs or time.

I currently drive about an hour to get to my appointments at Aran Eye Associates and it's completely worth it. From the time I arrived at Aran Eye Associates to the time I left this past week, I had an amazing experience. The customer service of every staff member was impeccable. Dr. Masvidal and his colleagues all were very detail-oriented, compassionate, and extremely professional. I left feeling that I had a very thorough check on my eyes and will definitely continue to utilize this office for my eye doctor appointments.

The waiting are is clean and comfortable, ample parking. Attentive staff. I was called inside 10 minutes after arrival. Dr Masvidal is professional and explains things in terms you can understand.

All the staff were very professional!! Dr. Arosemena and her assistant Henry performed a procedure on my left eye and treated me exceptionally well! They explained everything to me, were very professional, I'm amazed by the entire staff!! May God bless them 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️ …

This clinic is wonderful, all the staff are very attentive and very professional.

I've had the opportunity to visit three centers, and the medical staff is outstanding. The medical assistants and technicians are also highly professional. I appreciate the care I received and my satisfactory progress. I rate them an 11.

Carlos understands customer service. Going beyond the expected. If healthcare industry professionals from providers to payers and everyone in between had the level of dedication, effectiveness, and professionalism that Carlos exudes we would not have a healthcare crisis but more like a utopia.

They are the best professional, technical, friendly and price reasonable in the the business.

Doctor's service is good, but the wait to be seen by the technician and doctor at over 2 hours from appointment time is excessive; not good at all.

Dr. Baalhaness struck me as an excellent doctor, and I'm happy to be back. The optometrist, Dr. Livan, and the assistants at 250 Lejune were also very good.

The doctor, technicians and all the staffs were respective,helpful and answer my questions.The doctor Manzur help me to dismiss the dryness on my eyes. I want to say thanks.

It's a clinic with a modest atmosphere, but a great team. The wait can be up to an hour. But when you're seen, they give you all the time you need. The technicians who perform the tests treat you like a friend. Dr. Walls is more than just an excellent professional; he's simply wonderful, meticulous, explains everything, and offers advice.

I've been a patient at Aran Eye Associates for many years and I'm very satisfied, especially these last two or three years at Dr. Más Vidal's office. The staff is wonderful and the office is very convenient for me. I had an emergency appointment yesterday and they took excellent care of me.

Dr. Fábregas was excellent, the treatment was superb, but the process was very slow.
