I scheduled a routine eye exam and upon checkout was charged $130 for a "contact lens exam" in addition to my routine eye exam that was covered by insurance. The extra exam fee was never disclosed and when I tried to advocate for myself (which I always find so awkward and uncomfortable and something I've had to actively practice throughout my life to gain courage to do) I was told I wouldn't be able to order any new contacts without paying this fee and getting an updated prescription. I felt like I was getting fear mongered and taken advantage of and it was awful. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, in fact I called several other eye doctors on the same street and got a quote for $40 for a contact lens exam. Unfortunate for me and a hard lesson learned.

I had broken my glasses and went to a neighboring store to Ardmore Eye care and they wouldn't give me the time of day. I walked into the next store on the same street Ardmore Eye Care and Doctor Berry welcomed me in and fixed my glasses in less than 10 mins. They are amazing and I wouldn't care if they were a million dollars more than the neighboring shop's....Ardmore Eye Care earned a client for life!!!

Ardmore Eye Care is a wonderful place. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Hall's experience is obvious right from the start; he's honest and very patient. Sherry is a great help picking out frames, and she takes a genuine joy in making people happy and comfortable in their new glasses. If you're looking to change up your look, she's always ready to recommend something new!
