Great place very friendly accommodating to the whole family when I came in for the first time they answered all my questions and the dr. Was very honest which was very appreciated

Being one of their patients and then they want to charge you $40 to adjust a pair of glasses that you didn't buy from them is ridiculous! My previous eye doctors they had no problems adjusting glasses and cleaning them whether you bought them from their clinic or you bought them elsewhere.

Dr. Arensberg is great. He always makes eye appointments easy and informative. We have been patients since the early 2000s. We do not use insurance and he is very affordable.

Great staff. Very professional. Good selection on frames for a great price. Dr Arensberg is good at what he does. Always gets my insurance and billing done correctly. Highly recommend. They also offer referral discount on glasses.

Love Dr Arensberg! I’ve been coming here since I was a small kid and he’s always been the best and so helpful. He takes the time to go over my questions and is extremely thorough. Also, shoutout to the office staff that always greets me with a smile and extremely helpful.

Edit: To their credit, Mrs. Arensberg called me and made attempts to make it right, but I was well and truly over it at that point. I have to go to another provider for another type of glasses I need anyhow. It's a shame that one persons actions and attitude and snide comments ("I'll fact check that" was particularly offensive) ruined a otherwise fantastic 4ish year arrangement. Dr Arensberg is good, girl selling the glasses, not so much. At the end of the day it was a bait and switch. Sit down pick out frames and sign the papers and was told nothing additional owed. I then get a call after leaving saying there is an additional charge for the rimless frames I picked. Only I didn't pick rimless frames. I even went back up to try to physically inspect the frames, but all they could come up with was a picture, not exactly helpful. So I payed the extra charge. I get the call today that my glasses are ready, so I go to pick them up and am informed I'm due a refund because the insurance covered my co-pay. The amount of the refund jumped around a bit, and I made it clear I paid a 20 copay, and 24 for the frames I didn't pick. Girl says she will fact check that, as if I'm lying. She was clearly short on knowledge about what she was doing, and throwing an attitude should you dare question her authority. That was enough for me to ask for the forms required to send my records elsewhere. I'm not interested in the attitude the girl was throwing, which is sad because everyone else I spoke to there including the Doctor was stellar.

The nurses have always been super nice, got my glass in a week early and just overall great experience, only reason I removed a star as with out insurance it can be quite pricey but that with most medical services
