I paid my 50-dollar Co-Pay for my appointment and then 7 months later they called me saying that I needed to make a payment plan for services rendered. I couldn't afford the cross-linking surgery they recommended as I am a single parent and canceled that about a month in advance when I was told the estimate. Really not feeling this place I think I will look for somewhere better once I save up the money for the surgery.

The staff is always very welcoming! I get checked in and have never had to wait longer than maybe 10-15 minutes to be seen. I am usually in and out in under an hour, and that includes any consultations I may need with the Premier Optical team next door. I have been a patient here for 10 years now! Would never go anywhere else.

I've been going here for 10 years and I'm extremely disappointed with the front staff. The doctors are always phenomenal and so caring about their patients which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, the front staff is extremely rude. Two days in a row I get hung up on immediately without even asking if there's anything else they can do for me while giving me attitude the entire phone call. We all have bad days, I've been there, trust me. But I will not take it out on my clients, that is how you lose them. I'm going to be looking into other eye doctors nearby to go to but hanging up on me immediately after being extremely unprofessional with no repercussions to you? That's not ok. Yesterday when I called, I got off the phone in tears due to how rude the woman on the phone was. Today I called to cancel due to needing a more extensive exam that they couldnt give me and she hung up within one second of finishing her sentence without even caring to hear me out (I was going to ask if my paperwork could be provided to me). This is not the care you want when looking to schedule an appointment or calling a doctors office. Have more care and learn more empathy. I'm very disappointed to say the least.
