First visit. Seen quickly and professionally . Entire staff pleasant and helpful.
Office clean and quiet. Having read negative reviews I was leary however my experience did not reflect those experiences. I didn't even read a chapter in the book I brought.
Entire appointment was over in an hour.
Staff did alert me that next appointment will probably be longer because it's a pediatric day.

Love Dr. Sato and all the staff are very friendly. I've taken my son here for years.

Dr. Imbornoni is fantastic. She is attentive and will explain her process if you ask questions. Appointments will generally be 2+ hours so plan accordingly but that seems typical of ophthalmologist offices every where. Bring things to entertain your kids.
