I had a major issue traveling to Phoenix without my contacts. Destiny was amazing! Super helpful to make sure I was able to get what I needed for my short trip here and coordinating with my local eye doctor in Texas. I cannot say enough how amazing that was. Great customer service: I am from Michigan, visiting friends and was in a bit of a bind when I realized I forgot to bring an extra pair of contacts. I stopped in (with a copy of my prescription) to see if they had any and just so happened that they had one pair left. I can't express how grateful I was when they gave it to me, free of charge! 🙏 thank you so very much

I called Contact Lens Lab as my optometrist office was closed and I needed some contacts and another order for my prescription. Elizabeth was great; helped me finding my dailies in my prescription and I was able to pick them up within the hour. Great customer service! Will be ordering my contacts through them from now on :)
