The staff were attentive and friendly. Maryanna showed me frames and offered many different options based on my insurance and budget. She was patient and honest, she never made me feel rushed. I am so grateful so was there to take such care in her work and compassionate to indecisive customers!

Every place we've been to struggles to find my VSP this place didn't struggle one bit. They were quick and efficient. Prices yes I agree were higher than usual but the brands they carry are expensive. Found the right glasses for the family and Dr. Explains things well. The front staff all were very friendly. When it came down to the prices and plans the girl explained it well. No issues what so ever.

Great service, lady at the front was very knowledgeable and helped me quote different options for my prescription.

I appreciate how thorough the doctor is and how helpful the staff is, so even though I moved further away, I still make the drive to come here...good doctors are hard to find!

They have such a nice selection of glasses! I went in for one pair of frames and ended up getting 2 frames and sunglasses . Sam was super helpful and so nice. She went above and beyond to make sure I liked the frames I chose , offered to order them online in different colors, and even arranged to have frames in a different color sent to the store from a different location for me to try on. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Very happy about my experience here.

Had such a great experience at Arizona Family Vision Center! The office was clean, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to Janet at the front desk, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire visit. She made check-in easy, answered all my questions with a smile, and truly made me feel valued as a patient. It’s rare to find someone who brings such positive energy and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this office, especially because of amazing staff members like Janet!

Always enjoy the time I spend with the staff here. They always go above and beyond in their work and recommendations of frames. Great selection too, which is a plus. :)
