Love this optometry practice and Dr. Nichols was so nice as well as professional taking care to go over all of the elements of the exam and recommending what glasses I need. My review would have been 5 stars except for the part where you are ushered into the eyeglass sales section where the glasses and frames are quite expensive. I would rather have the option to skip this part without feeling trapped.

I have been going to the Broadway location for over 4 years. I schedule my appointments primarily with Dr. Hilde. She is professional, courteous and takes the time to answer any questions I have and explain things thoroughly. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and always helpful. I got a new prescription and picked out new glasses today. Rachael was professional, kind and very helpful. I always have a great experience at the Broadway location.

The receptionist Raelene is excellent. She helped me find my appointment after someone called me from another location to confirm it was at this location but it wasn’t. I was very pleased with her being able to fit me in and seen right away. I am going to start coming here. Raelene made my day better!!
