I called they said they take my insurance drove over they refused to see me because of my insurance. Called my insurance they called them told them they take my insurance, drove back they refused me service. The worst experience ever. VANESSA should be fired she doesn't know what she is doing.

Billed my insurance nearly $8400 for a Covid test, urine test and a visit. Spent months waiting for this to get resolved on my EOB. Don’t go here. I wouldn’t be surprised if my insurance won’t cover services here moving forward.

Did this facility change ownership in the last few months? Unbelievably poor health care when it used to be a great office with wonderful doctors. And what's up with the rude replies i.e. "don't lie" and "Go to the ER and waste 10 hours. We are busy taking care of our patients"? Completely unprofessional.
