I got an appointment quickly when I said I may have a problem. I didn’t have to wait beyond my appointment time. Everyone who helped me from the moment I walked in was friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. I’ve been seeing Dr. Patel about 12 years now and I’m very happy with the consistency of great service I’ve had from her and her staff.

Dr. Patel is excellent! She takes the time to explain the results of the exam. As a diabetic, she understands the need to share the results of her exam with my endocrinologist, which was something my previous eye doctor never did despite asking repeatedly. The office staff is very pleasant and efficient. I should also mention that they are very conveniently located at VHC. I already recommend Dr. Patel to everyone I know, and my wife is also a patient.

Dr. Patel's gentle, professional approach to my eye problems have been very encouraging. Her office is well run by knowledgeable staff in the various specialties. It is truly a smooth operation and one that inspires patient confidence. The eyedrops she prescribed have already lowered my intraocular eye pressure and improved my vision.
