I've been seeing Dr. Hiren Parekh a very king and talented doctor. I feel he takes care of my eye sight will professionalism and kindness. His exams are always consistent. And he remembers each time what we previously discussed. His staff are equally professional friendly and engaged. I feel he is a great man. Who will do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done.

Dr. Parekh is a charming and compassionate physician. He answered all my questions, gave me a step-by-step care plan that was easy to understand, and performed two successful procedures on my right eye, vastly improving my quality of life. I highly recommend him.

Had to come back just to get the right prescription. Doctor gave me the wrong one the first 3 times and had to wait an average of 1:30 min each visit. Dr is running around like a chicken with his head cut off that's why all the mistakes.

Office full of people, 30 minutes wait before calling me back. Answered a few questions, then she said she would be right back, only to come back 30 minutes later, took me to the room to do vision, dilated my eyes and I waited about 25 minutes. Finally left office at 12:37pm. Not a very good first impression.

One of the worst doctors I’ve ever experienced. The doctor made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point of wanting to cry and having a panick attack. He rushed my visit, proceed to push and pressure me whilst getting my dilation done knowing that expressed severe eye pain, light sensitivity to the point of temporary whiteouts and anxiety. While flashing lights in my eyes I asked him for a minute to get through the shining eye lights which I understand he has to do. However instead of being met with some care and patience, he pressured me to continue whilst my painful grunts and expressions of visual overwhelm, going as far as to say “well it’ll just take longer.” As if I wasn’t aware. He never introduced himself to me and his bed side manners were terrible. He looked fatigued with me before I even opened my mouth. I had to advocate for myself and say I’m doing the best I can. I only wanted some patience. He also did not fully disclose any results or notes to me, outside a few whispers of swelling and scheduled another appointment. When I brought up chronic dry eye, he advised only otc eye drops. As if it isn’t all I’ve tried. I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and unsafe. I don’t recommend this doctor. With so much on my plate, this wasn’t helpful.

Dr Parekh was able to quickly locate the problem in my eye and made the referral to an eye surgeon so I could get the problem addressed quickly. The eye surgeon also commented on how thorough Dr Parekh did the diagnostics on my eye to find the issue. In addition, the staff that I had contact with in Dr Parekh's office were all competent and courteous.
