Steel 18 (Steel)

This review is for Armory eye care. There is only one Ophthalmologist in this facility. I’m only giving it a star because there’s no other way to give her 0. I am a care taker for a lady that has to come here. I’ll start by saying that the nurses are amazing and I feel bad for them that they have to hear the complaints about their boss. Here’s my summary: If you want a timely meeting and to be able to leave fast this is most definitely the worse place to come. Not only does the Dr. Chopra not have consideration for the patient’s timing but she doesn’t apologize either for running late. For an appointment that should last maybe half an hour we were there for 2.5 hours. We waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room then we had to wait again another hour in the room. When she finally came it was fast. There should be no excuse for this unprofessional behavior. And as you will notice she doesn’t care about these reviews either.

The worst appointment ever! My appointment was at 2:45pm and I waited 1h30mn to see the doctor and in the middle of my consultation she said she will be right back and I was there for another 30mn. This place is ridiculous! If you have other plans I do not recommend you this place! This was my first and last time.
