First I have to admit that Dr. Armstrong is a really likable person, was very patient, nice, and talkative. However, I was given a box of contact lenses (fitting) which was expired on July 2016. I pointed it out to her and she said these things will not expire. Just FDA require such product must indicate expiration date.. She said she wears those expired contact lenses too...Well, I was polite and listen to her with smile. Of course, did not believe any words of it. And unluckily I noticed it after I put them on.. So that day when I tried to take the lenses out of my eyes, it was sooooo difficult for me to remove them... BE CAREFUL, it you do contact lenses fitting, please please check the expiration date before you try them on. NO MATTER WHERE YOU HAVE THEM FOR FITTING!

The best eye doctor I have ever had, hands down. Super-friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I agree with the other reviews that the office staff is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Not worth the aggravation with this place, take your money and your time else where.

I have been going to Dr. Armstrong for a few years now. She is amazing. So professional and likeable. Her office staff is very nice too. Right now I only remember one of the office staff name, Lindsey but all three are vert nice. Highly recommend.

Excellent doctor, Dr Kelli, one of my top eye doctor through out 20 years of eye exams. But agree with other review the office staffs not friendly. They do not even adjust my eye glasses that I just got from them. Just told me to put is on for a few more days and everything will be fine. The glasses clearly was unbalance in one side, putting more pressure on my left nose.

I've been a patient of Dr. Armstrong's for approximately 25 years. She is very professional, honest and forthright with all of her exams/diagnoses. My husband is also a patient of Dr. Armstrong's, and he thinks extremely highly of her as well.

My entire family has been seeing Dr. Armstrong for years and honestly I wish going to my primary care physician was as good of an experience as it is to see Dr. Armstrong! The office staff is amazing and will do their best to help get you in if you need to be seen on short notice. I have never had any issues or needed to do anything with my insurance , they take care of it all! Thank you for everything you all do!!!

I can't believe I have not taken the time yet to write a review for Dr. Armstrong. If anyone deserves it, she surely does. She has the patience of a Saint and will work with you tirelessly and endlessly (I am not being dramatic when I say this either...) until you find the right contacts. My husband saw her ever single week for about 6 months until they found the right match for his eyes. I don't know any other doctor that would invest that kind of time with a patient until he was 100% satisfied. Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly too. The things is, most of the times when I like the staff I don't like the doctor. And, when I like the doctor the office staff ends up being incompetent. How on earth did this practice break that stereotype for me? Dr. Armstrong will always be the eye doctor for my whole family for as long as she will have us as patients!

I had a wonderful experience getting new glasses with Lana & Danielle. They were very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage, and extremely professional. I highly recommend.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Armstrong’s office for years. Today will be our last visit to her office. I agree with the reviews that Dr. Armstrong is nice and the appointments with her are usually fast and easy. However, the kindness and timeliness does not even come close to making up for the rudeness from her office staff. Going back a few years when her office was getting remodeled I went in for an appointment and was asked to fill this form out that contained most of my private information. I alerted the girls at the time that I had already filled out the form from my last visit and nothing had changed, to my surprise they told me the form was mis placed and they needed me to fill a new one out. I was extremely frustrated and couldn’t understand how they could lose a form that contained my ssn, address and insurance info. Now back to today’s appointment, I’m asked to review the form and notice that this was my original one that they said was lost. I informed the girl that this is an older form because the employer and insurance listed was from 3 years ago and I had been to the office last February and this was not the information I would have provided. Instantly the girl is pissed, tells me that’s the only form they have on file and if there’s a change I need to put it in. I tell her that’s fine but now I am wondering who they billed for my appointment in February because if they truly billed the one on this form they would have been declined because that insurance had already been terminated. She tells me that she is not able to see that and I will have to call Monday to get that info in the most passive aggressive way. At this point my husband is done with eye exam and the girl now says she can’t find my husband on our policy. This too came with an attitude, I explained to her that it’s impossible because we have family coverage through Anthem. She’s insistent that he’s not on there and even tells me “I don’t know what to tell you I don’t see him so you better call your HR department at your job.” When I got into the exam room Dr.Armstrong tried to explain to me what was happening with the billing but at this point I was so frustrated with the girl at the front that I gave Dr.Armatrong my husbands insurance card and asked her how can he not be on my plan if his card is here and he’s showing up as an active member on my plan through the Anthem app. She took my response as being snarky and decided to call me out on it, not acknowledging that I was frustrated by how I was treated by her staff. I walked out of the room and told her I’m not having my exam today. Coincidentally though, the office manager (not the girl giving me the attitude) was able to find my husband right away when she looked up our account. Dr.Armstrong lost 2 loyal customers today because of her ignorance about her office staff and her quickness to assume that I was being rude on purpose. I am extremely disappointed in her and her office staff to the point that I will not recommend her any longer.

Dr. Armstrong is wonderful! Very nice and friendly, answers any questions you have. She was the first eye doctor to let me try on other contact Brands than just telling me to stick with one of the most expensive brand that I’ve been purchasing( which saves me money). I love love her staff! The ladies are always so nice even when speaking on the phone with them.

Absolutely the best! I have been going to to Kelli Armstrong for over 15 years. My entire family goes for exams and glasses/contact lenses. The experience is ALWAYS excellent! The office staff could not be more helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with everything.

Dr.Armstrong is amazing! She's extremely nice, great with answering questions and very understanding. Her office hours are super convenient! She's the few DR.'s I have that I don't have to take off from work to fit into her hours. I love that she has weekend hours and it's great to pop in if you need your glasses adjusted every once and a while. Her office is super clean and well organized. It's easy to get to, with plenty of parking in the rear. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an eye doctor.
