I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my eye surgery and subsequent visits. Every time I had an appointment, I was subjected to waiting times of over an hour before they even began the check-up. It was unacceptable. Sorry for waiting is not always an answer or an excuse when they consistently make their clients wait. During the surgery, I was made to wait for a staggering two hours before they finally called me in. To add to the frustration, they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. As a result, I had to wait an additional two days before I could start using the prescribed medication. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable. Moreover, just two months after the surgery, the stitch placed inside my eyelid popped out. I contacted their office, hoping for a proper solution, but all dr. Tendler did was trim the visible part of the stitch without addressing the underlying issue or cause.The doctor advised me to return if the discomfort persisted, and it did. When I visited their clinic again, expressing that the pain and poking sensation continued, I was shocked to learn that they expected me to pay $400 to have the stitch removed. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? It is utterly unfair. I urge others to seek the services of an oculoplastic surgeon instead. It's crucial to choose a reliable and competent professional to avoid the disappointment and regret that I experienced. Sorry for waiting is not an acceptable excuse, especially when there are no noticeable changes or improvements in their services.

Everyone I met during my experience with cataract surgery was fabulous at ART Vision. Dr Tendler was kind and took time to explain and answer questions. I am so pleased that she not only performed my LASIK in 2009 but continued my care now with the removal of cataracts. Would recommend to anyone!
