Were untruthful about their Obamacare plan and are trying to bill at a higher rate. We're filing a complaint for this and also not adhering to HIPAA for refusal to release test records. Staff became hostile in response to us simply asking for copies of the records- completely unprofessional. Keep in mind, verifying their plan coverage with the insurance company is NOT ENOUGH, if you must go to them get proof in writing before accepting treatment what they will cover and their exact rate of coverage.
