I’d just like to say how much I appreciate the care I have received at Associated Retinal Consultants by Dr. Alan Ruby. A few years ago, I went to Dr. Ruby with retina tears in my left eye which another doctor had not been able to correct. After several sessions with Dr. Ruby the tears were repaired, and I’ve had no problems since then with that eye. A few months after that I went to Dr. Ruby because the vision in my right eye seemed strange. He immediately diagnosed it as a partially detached retina and operated on my eye two days later successfully reattaching my retina. I have routinely followed up with Dr. Ruby since then and have had no further problems with my retinas. I am very thankful for the care rendered by Dr. Ruby.

I was really scared. I couldn't see very well, all of a sudden. My opthamologist recommended ARC. I got an appointment despite the fact that they were already booked up. My doctor was good. I took lots of vision tests. I got a diagnosis plus my choice of several different treatment options. I am now recovering. These people are really caring and very friendly and they really know their stuff!

Dr Ruby and his entire Rochester Hills staff were wonderful. I had a little concern about the appointment, but was quickly put at ease with the caring and competence each staff member showed . I was also impressed with thoroughness and the time Dr. Ruby took to explain my condition and what this meant in the coming years. Dr. Ruby is top notch in my book.
