I was referred to this office due to an eye infection back on October 12. The referring doctors office called to state that I needed to be seen the first available appointment due to the seriousness of my condition. I waited a few days and called the office to follow up and was informed I just had to wait longer, this was after 12 days had already passed! This office has no consideration for the patient or their health. Not a place I would recommend!

RUDE AND UNETHICAL!! This company recently purchased Georgia Eye Care in Winder Georgia. I was unaware of the change until I walked in for my appointment. I asked them if they still accepted my insurance and was told they did. I proceeded with my appointment and a few weeks later received a bill in the mail. They DID NOT file with my vision insurance and I was told they would not do so. Their Billing department was extremely rude and told me there was nothing they could do! I have never been talked down to by a company like that before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!

My wife had Cataract surgery at Athens office on 10/12 and 11/17. She said it was the most efficient, friendly and pleasant clinic she has ever been to. Thank you very much Dr. DeMarco and your team.
