5/5 for the assistants and physicians. They are kind and thorough. I have taken my son twice now for follow up visits and each time we are treated respectfully. The physician does not leave the room until he is sure my son understands exactly what is going on.
Update 9/26/23. We have had some communication issues with the billing department but have since had those resolved after speaking to Amber. She was wonderful and took time to fully address the billing issues we had.
I do recommend Athens Retina Center as they are a wonderful buisness.

We are so impressed with Dr. Carroll. He performed a lens exchange with a vitrectomy on my husband’s right eye under localized anesthesia. His vision in the right eye is Amazing! Thank you Dr Carroll for your expertise and compassion!!

I was a little optimistic after I read the reviews...
Soo Glad I followed through... Dr Carroll and the whole staff were absolutely Amazing. My first visit was a smidge long because of paperwork but that's totally understandable. The other office visits as well as the Surgery went very fast... I highly recommend this very Professional group of people... Thank you Dr Carroll and Staff!!!!
