Competent and friendly staff and technicians. Excellent and competent doctors. Dr Iyer was so pleasant and gentle and listened and was attentive and seemed to really care. Dr Copeland, though very competent and top-notch, wasn't as 'warm' nor 'approachable' as I wanted. Still, I give high reviews.

My biggest issue is the over booking of appointments. Established 3:00 pm appointment, while arriving 15 minutes early. As not to be late and excluded for service. Yet 2 hours later still in the office leaving my driver in the parking lot. Ridiculous. Piss poor planning. Inconsiderate, selfish practices.
