I can’t even give dr Logan a one star, but the system will not let me post without at least one. He kept me waiting two hours after my appointment time and walked in finally with no apology and a totally arrogant attitude. All he could do was announce that he was the Director of this whole Azul. Then he told me that I did not need to have the corrective lens in my right eye for the caderac for the astigmatisms in my right eye. Then he proceeded to tell me that my insurance would not cover it which I had already been told by Dr. Luke on the day of my surgery for my left eye cataract on July 5 of 2023, that I did qualify and that I was covered by my insurance. He proceeded to tell me to “go see him then.” I responded that if he was the Director, then he should know that Dr. Luke is no longer there and and that Dr. Luke is a she which he should have already known. He was extremely rude and very disrespectful and unprofessional! I called the office and asked for a second opinion from pacific eye center and he denied my request. He is a horrible person.

The overall wait including in the patient room was terrified, but it comes with insisting on seeing the best Dr. Dwayne Logan, my doctor for 20 years.
