Dr. Gaylam Grayson has to be the best ophthalmologist in North Carolina. I did my research before choosing him and the great reviews were on target. The cataract surgery on my left eye went very well. Furthermore, the follow up and instructions were excellent. What doctor provides his cell number for emergency? This one does! I haven’t seen a doctor do that in decades. To top it off, he has a great sense of humor and his office staff are very patient supportive. It doesn’t get any better than this!

I've been in quite a few Dr. offices, when I tell you I would recommend ANYONE 😊 1st I was soooo nervous 🙄 as all outdoors (inside joke) but seriously I was very scary 😨 (why) cause I don't prefer anyone playing in my mouth nor my eye's 👀 (nooo) but from the time I entered and exit, the front desk young Ladies exceptional customer service 🤩 Dr.Grayson himself (thank you sir) his nurse Ms.P was OMG 😲 Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me, your expertise and warmth made all the difference. You are truly an angel in scrubs. Nurses like you are the heart of healthcare. Thank you 😊

Everyone was very welcoming and very attentive. This was my first appointment to diagnose a number of possible problems with my eyes so I had many questions, all of which were answered completely and quickly put me at ease. I have already scheduled my annual exam with them next year and have recommended them to others.

The staff at the Doctor's office was great greeted me well and got me in right away and the Doctor himself was awesome he was up beat verry professional and you wasn't just an patient to him you was a person first asked me how I was we talked football and then we did my test and I was gone. Will go back to him will not go to another Dr unless he left the practice

Dr Grayson is an excellent physician; he is sincere, caring, detailed, expert, and listens intently to understand the patient’s need. The staff is professional and there was a minimum wait time. Highly recommend!

This is a magnificent Surgical Campus!!! Dr. Grayson and the surgical Staff was very kind, generous and extremely professional!! They made sure you were comfortable, putting my mind at ease. They went above and beyond making sure if I asked or needed anything it was brought to me immediately, no long wait. Always kept me updated on when I would be going into the operating. The anesthesiologist introduced himself , great beside manners and fun!! I was greeted with a good morning glorious smile by the receptionist.The waiting area was very neat, clean with coffee , tea, etc… if needed. The atmosphere made feel as though were sitting in my den!!. It was so serene! This is one of the greatest Surgical Campus, I’ve ever experienced

Wait time not bad, very friendly staff and Dr Grayson is an amazing Dr to be with, takes time to explain everything being diagnosed.

Dr Grayson was recommended by my primary physician. He is a very knowledgeable and nice doctor. His staff is pleasant, too. He takes time to explain things to you in terms you can understand. I highly recommend him

As new resident of Charlotte and, as follow up to medical advice, I needed to see an ophthalmologist. Relying on research, I chose Dr. Galen Grayson. Dr. Grayson and his staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Prior to my visit, my records from my previous out of state doctor were reviewed. Dr. Grayson pickup up and went beyond my Ohio care answering all of my questions and recommending follow up care. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Dr Grayson and staff.

Dr. Galen Grayson , probably the best Ophthalmologist in my opinion who examined my eyes . My medical provider Mrs Lydia Battle Williams, PA is the best also. She made the referral for me . The staff of Dr. Grayson are so nice and polite. They represent him with great respect and compassion. Awesome, mannerisms and poise ! His assistance, and I even shared a few laughs along the way ! My visit was exceptional!!!! She made me so comfortable and relaxed, I even catch a little nap 😂 while I waited for Dr. Grayson. When he entered the exam room, he was a breath of sunshine 🌞 as he greeted me with a good morning, extended hand shake and a welcoming smile 😊! Atrium ophthalmologist Dr. Grayson and staff were simply amazing, I would recommend this office to all that I know. Everyone is pleasant, easy going and the customer service is fantastic. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. My visit started on time. The nurse and doctor were very friendly and efficient, too. My visit ended with a clear explanation and my referring doctor was sent the note. Great experience!

From the moment I walked into the office everyone was so nice, welcoming and professional. From the receptionist at check in to the Nurse/PA provider who prepped me before seeing the Dr. to the Dr. himself. Wonderful practice!! I would highly recommend!!

I recently received an eye exam with Dr. Grayson and his support team. Everything from being greeted at my appointment time to the visual test and then meeting Dr. Grayson was excellent. Being a new patient you can’t always be sure of what to expect. My expectations were exceeded throughout the visit. I have already referred a neighbor to this amazing group.

Dr Grayson has such a nice way of communicating and explaining what is going on with your eyes. Very knowledgeable, but speaks in terms you can understand. Highly recommend his practice. Erin, who did the workup was kind and thorough as well. Very nice office.
