Have always rated this office highly UNTIL latest visit. I was "greeted" by a bored disinterested nurse to start the appointment. Didn't respond to a greeting, just called my name and turned around expecting me to follow. Dr. Howard who is usually very good had an off day. I went in because of a sudden eye problem. I asked simple questions which he didn't answer and he didn't thoroughly explain what was going on. He acted very rushed and hurried and referred me to a specialist who he said "probably wouldn't do anything anyway." The office was NOT busy, there was no reason for this. I went in worried and left just as worried.

I’ve only been seeing Dr. Howard for a year, just my annual eye exams. He’s fantastic and even remembered me from my visit last year. I highly recommend Atwal, very professional

Dr. Howard is very nice and friendly. He was punctual, which is important if you are on a tight schedule. He answered all my questions and/or concerns thoroughly. His staff were also very helpful and pleasant. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Howard to anyone looking for a reputable Optometrist!
