Front end office staff are absolutely unhelpful. I’ve been coming here for years and my appointments are cancelled multiple times and they cannot finally find me a replacement appointment before the end of the year. It’s the beginning of November. They won’t do a cancellation list there. I was informed I would have to call daily to see if they had a cancellation. I also asked to see what insurance I used the last time I was there to see if I had a benefit left and I was told no you have to do that on your own, “we don’t do that”. I’ve been a customer and patient for years when I am sitting with them at my appointments they can see that info. Then the office staff would not let me speak with anyone from optical because they were too “busy”. I told the lady I spoke to I would need to switch providers if I couldn’t get any appointments or talk to anyone there and she said ok then. Nice business you’re running there. My family of 4 will not be back for any further care.

Very happy with the news I received today from Dr C. My first time in 15 weeks without having an Eylea injection. I was thrilled. Praying this drug solves my issue.

I had a pleasant, efficient experience with Dr. Mendola, very willing to answer questions & explain details of the exam. Actually I followed her to this location from an office at a location closer to my home… Worth the drive to me.
