I took my twin daughters in to order their prescription lenses with an outside prescription and we were treated with kindness and so much help the from the moment we walked through the door! They are both autistic and have some sensory needs and a speech delay so that can sometimes make tasks like these a little overwhelming for them. The process was a breeze thanks to the kind people working in the optical shop who helped us! We were able to order the perfect frames and lenses. I am so relieved and grateful to have had such a pleasant experience!

I highly recommend the Atwater Eye Care Clinic, and their eyewear department as well. For the first time, ever, my trifocal is right where I need them, and my glasses fit perfectly. I have had issues with my lenses getting smudges from my eyelashes. No more. The students are very competent, and professional. I highly recommend!

I spent a total of roughly four hours here over two appointments which were incredibly thorough. However, I called the office to get my prescription for my distance vision which is what I've always worn glasses for and they had none on record. They only wrote me a reading prescription just in case I decided I wanted transitions which I discussed with my practitioner in great detail about. My entire reason for coming was to get an updated distance prescription. When I called about it this morning the receptionist made zero effort to realize why this was a problem. Aside from the reader prescription completely, they would not acknowledge that it's a problem that I came to two appointments just to not get a prescription for what I came for from the start. We did two full exams with the goal of recording a prescription for distance and another for reading, only for one to be recorded. I requested my records and am never going back.
