Every single appointment these people are late, no explanation-my husband was taken back to see the doctor. I waited in the lobby, 45 minutes AFTER the DOCTOR came walking in! 45 minutes after! Day of second surgery-we sit in the lobby for almost two hours after our appointment! No explanation, no apology, nothing! SO unprofessional!

I had a very informative visit with Dr. Ashley Deese and her team at Austin Eye. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and Ashley diagnosed my issue and has directed my to a highly recommended surgeon that specializes in my condition. I highly recommended them to anyone in Central Texas. If your outside the Austin area, it’s definitely worth the trip. If there was 10 star rating, they would get an 11 from me!

Excellent service! Short wait time, and they worked me in on short notice. While no one wants to have to go to the eye doc (wear goggles while using power tools!), was great to be in good hands so quickly. Well run operation - they even answered some questions I had same day and followed up over email. Very impressive and very caring!
