Fabulous staff. Dr. Makkouk is very down to earth and easy to talk to. The whole procedure was detailed beautifully, presented personally and genuinely caring and thorough.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this office visit was amazing, I had to write it. I was referred to Dr Makkouk by my optometrist and was a little nervous about the procedure I may undergo. Both office staffs and Dr Makkouk were very friendly, professional, and nice. He explained everything in a way that’s really easy to understand and really made me comfortable and less anxious about the procedure I was about to go under. Even though we could’ve rescheduled, he took his lunch time to perform the procedure so I don’t have to come back- and I really appreciate that!

Very professional, quick to respond to emails and any costs were stated up front. They also have a portal for filling out documents and for communications. Very short wait upon arrival.
Dr Makkouk was great as well. Explained very thoroughly what my possible issues were and took the time to address any concerns or questions I might have.
