Fantastic service received today from the eye Doctor named Lucy. Super professional, super accommodating and understanding regarding my condition. I had to have a small stitch removed from cornea which Lucy removed with zero pain. I couldn’t thank her enough! Highly recommend this location for all your eye issues.

I have had three eye exams at this location. At the last one, yesterday, they were unable to provide the prescription for eyeglasses after the exam and said they would email it later in the day. I was told at the front desk that the doctor must not have saved it and was already in another exam. I called today and was told the system was down and they would provide the prescription when the system was up again. Also, during the visit, they could not reference prior exam records for evaluation of progression of issues. This was a problem at prior visits as well. I did not provide reviews of the prior visits, but they were both substandard.

This place stood me up THREE times in row! First appointment was not in their books. Second appointment the doctor was out and third appointment I was told I had to wait for a very long time because my appointment would take longer than normal and there was only one doctor. They did let me check in for the last one an hour early and I got the message about not really having time for me when I returned from a coffee run. I cannot believe the incompetence. All three times were suggested by them. For two of these I had to take off work. Seems to me this is just a money making machine. Go somewhere else where you will be treated properly. I have been a customer since 1997, but this is unacceptable. I'll make sure that none of my family members will go there ever again either. What a farce.
