Scheduling an appointment was easy. I actually got to talk to someone and not an automated recording. The staff was extremely courteous and patient with me from check in to check out. Dr. Simonek was extremely personable and answered all of my questions. I was impressed with her kindness and appreciative of the time she took to answer all of my questions. What I appreciated the most is that one of her staff took at least 45 minutes with me to select my frames and was patient when I kept changing my mind on what I wanted. I gave her my price point and she took extreme care to find my glasses that I absolutely love! Dr. Simonek even jumped in to help Me decide when I had narrowed my choices down. I was just extremely pleased with the entire experience and will absolutely recommend Austin Eye Studio as a place to visit for your Vision needs.
