First time seeing Dr. Lash. I had a great experience and he was very kind and informative regarding my issues. All assistants and financial and scheduling attendants were very helpful.

He was honest, straightforward, and caring

Was there 1 1/2 hours; was never called back. Had to leave; other activities.

Doctor Lash is very good. He is concerned about any problems and will answer any questions.

I came in with a super painful eye infection. After being misdiagnosed by 2 other doctors, Dr lash took one look at my eye, correctly diagnosed me, and had a treatment plan going. A couple of months later, I’m completely healed and have him to thank.

Dr Lash is the best there is. He did a cornea transplant on my right eye 4 years ago and they could not even tell where the stitches were. Going back for the other eye next month.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Austin Lash for about 2 years. He is absolutely gifted at diagnosing and treating complex eye issues. I had been treated unsuccessfully for months before finally being referred to him. The first time I saw him, he immediately took me off of the medications that the other doctors had prescribed for me. He prescribed the proper medications and treatments. Scheduled immediate follow ups to ensure that the medications were working and quickly restored my vision. I will admit, he doesn’t have the perfect “bedside manner,” but l didn’t go to him to have coffee and scones, I went to seek help with my vision and that’s exactly what I got! I highly recommend him.

Simply amazing ! Everyone is kind caring & compassionate!

This was a very unfavorable experience. Dr. Lash was not very personable and didn’t seem to want he be at work that day. I waited over two hours to be seen and was told that within the total of 90 seconds that he spent with me, that the test results would be invalid due to the staff performing the test improperly. He asked that I come back in the next couple months. There’s no way! I’d rather drive to Dallas than to be treated like cattle. They overbooked, and I felt completely disrespected. His bedside manner wasn’t positive. He didn’t smile or greet me very kindly. He needs help expediting appointments and making them more efficient. Your patient’s time is also valuable.
