Dr Austin is amazing. We called him late one night because our son had poked his eye and we were unsure of what to do. He gave us some advice over the phone and said if it was worse in the morning we could come straight in and see him. When he didn't hear from us the next day he called us personally to check and see how his eye was doing. For a doctor to take the time to call you personally just to check on you is rare, but what made this even more impressive was the fact that, at this point, he hadn't made a dime from us, as we had not went in to see him for this particular issue.
Dr. Austin is very skilled at what he does, and his patients are more than just a paycheck to him. He truly cares about everyone he sees. I highly recommend him.
