I absolutely love Dr Dave’. However, the wait times are often ridiculous. They actually tell you to expect to be there two hours. That’s 120 minutes minus 10 to twenty minutes of doctor time. Unacceptable.

I am always glad to come into this office! Receptionists and assistants are friendly and efficient and Dr Dave is wonderful. Everyone takes the time to explain all that is happening from tests to diagnosis. Dr Dave herself is so nice and beyond knowledgeable. I always recommend her to anyone looking for eye care!

My initial visit with Dr. Dave was excellent! I have a lot going on with my vision, but her assurance that she would be able to get me to the best vision possible was evident in the lenses she sent me home with. I look forward to my follow-up visit, and continued adjustments. But so far…off to a Good Start!

So happy I got referred to the Ross eye institute and meet Dr. Avani Dave, OD. She has definitely given me hope when I thought there wasn’t any left. Dr.Avani is excellent at her Job, definitely knows what she is doing. 10/10

Everyone is always so nice, from reception to your nurses. I am a patient of Dr. Avani Dave and she is wonderful. She always listens to my concerns, and is thorough with her exam. She’s great at explaining what is happening in my eyes and working with me to find a resolution. I appreciate the staff tremendously!

Kind, compassionate and beyond brilliant so incredibly thankful for Dr. Dave and her fantastic ability to correct my vision and ease my nerves. Her transparency and humility is a rare occurrence with specialty Doctors but so incredibly appreciated. Her knowledge and expertise was apparent from the first 30 seconds of interaction with her.

The receptionist were very nice, but office didn’t not run on time !! Dr Dave was amazing and really informative on dry eye issues!!! She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything!!!

I am so lucky to have found Dr. Dave. I met her by chance a few years ago, when I made an urgent appointment due to experiencing severe eye pain. Not only did Dr. Dave address the issue, she has since worked with me to improve my dry eye symptoms and get me custom contact lenses. I have an extensive eye history, including several surgeries. Dr. Dave is always aware of the latest research and treatments, takes time to explain her recommendations, and is compassionate and kind throughout. Highly recommended!

Dr. Dave has been my eye doctor for almost 8 years. She’s a genuinely empathetic and thorough caregiver who takes a deep interest in my overall health. She also sees my daughter and my elderly mom—we truly trust her care. Every time I see her at Ross, I always say, “You’re not leaving me , right?” She and her team makes my Ross Experiences nothing short of Excellence!
