Everyone is courteous and professional and caring. Dr. K is very caring and explains everything and even options. You get to choose which never happens anywhere else. He also did cataract removal on my husband who had advanced Alzheimer’s. Everyone treated him with respect and understanding. Love Avery for that alone.

My dad is patient of Dr. Dejean normally. On Friday he had a eye concern. A nice young man Dustin was able to look at it and helped him call the after hours number and my dad was able to see Dr. Lin and get his problem resolved right away.
These people care, no matter what time of day!

My wife was seen by Dvorak on Oct 31. He told her something was pressing on one eyes optic nerve and asked her to have an mri. She had the mri on the 10th of November and the results were sent to Avery. We have been trying to get someone from Avery to call us since. We called many times and were told the doctor would definitely call. We have yet to hear. The lack of professionalism is amazing.
