Took time with me to ensure I understood what was wrong with my eyes. Made sure my insurance covered what was being prescribed and when the co pay was too high, he found another med that would cost me less and do the same thing. Very knowledgeable and compassionate with patient.

Kevin, the young man who prepped my appointment, was professional and personal at the same time. Dr. Sylvia Chang was excellent, thorough and professional explaining my eye issues. She also ended with answering any questions I had remaining. I highly recommend this team.

The doctor was very helpful and generous. I am legally blind, and she took the time to lead me into the office. Explain to me where everything was. She was also very knowledgeable, and gave me all the information that I needed to make the best decision.
