Great service. Very friendly and professional!

I arrived a little late. Berenice and Denise checked me out thoroughly. Then Dr. Diggory finished up. They noted all my responses to their questions, and explained I need to look straight down with my progressive lenses when taking steps out doorways so I don’t misjudge them and possibly fall.

I love the office decorations! Especially, the one in Redlands looks very nice. I had an appointment with Dr. Diggory, and he was very professional and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions, and the screenings before the doctor’s visit were very thorough and professional. Keep up the good work!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. The Dr explained in detail the reason for the visit and for then next visit as well.

Today was my first time at Azul Vision. I must say that their waiting area was very comfortable. After being checked in by an attentive front desk gal I only waited about 10 minutes (I was early for my appointment), I was called back to the exam room. Dr. Koudsi greeted me with a warm smile and greeting as she walked me back. She explained everything that was going to be done and answered my questions and concerns I had. She was warm, yet professional. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Koudsi.

How should I know? My corrective vision exam for my new prescription was done by a young lady who rushed through the process. I met the Dr at the end of the office visit for a quick minute and good-bye. For my next exam, I’ll go back to Oasis. Thank you for asking.

Specialist was very professional and helpful. Dr. Mahdavi gave me the reassurance regarding the progress in my eye and did a procedure within the same visit . Fully recommend this location since staff is also very well attentive.:)

My experience was great. The staff was awesome. The doctor was professional and handsome. They answered all my questions. Will be going back for surgery and new glasses.

The front desk staff are rude. They don't answer the phone or communicate very well. I was given a card and phone number to call for information about my surgery. It was the wrong card, wrong number. Nobody ever answered the phone. Had to call the appointment line. Only then did I get help. I hear the surgeon is good. I don't know if I want any one from here to touch my eyes. The staff sucks. So very unprofessional. I need someone who is about business and not sitting in the office taking up space and ignoring the phone. The explanations are ridiculous for what is NOT happening.

Overall experience so far is a 4.0. The overall staff was amazing — everyone I interacted with beyond the front desk was friendly, professional, and made me feel well cared for. HOWEVER, the Front Desk Receptionist was quite RUDE. I initially dismissed it during my first visit, assuming she might’ve been having a bad day, but after experiencing the same behavior on my second visit, I realized it seems to be a consistent issue. Since she’s the first person patients interact with, it really affects the initial impression and sense of comfort. She should not people friendly and poor customer service. Once you’re called back with the techs and doctors, though, it’s like night and day — they’re wonderful.

Absolutely had a very positive experience. I couldn't ask for anything to be better. Dr Diggory is amazing. So easy to talk to. He laughed, and joked with me..makes you feel like you have Known him forever. What more can a woman my age ask for? He is perfection, and personality plus!!. Handsome fun Dr, & so easy on the eyes!! You are amazing Dr Diggory.. you have certainly chosen the correct Profession!!..your personality really comes through. Thank you for being you!!

The doctors, technicians, and assistants are awesome. However, the front desk staff definitely need improvement in communication with customers/patients, as their behavior can come across as rude. Thank you.

This was a first ever that a optometrist communicated with ma as she did . She was so professional and kind. I asked several questions and she promptly explained and broke them down to me. She gets 5 starts.

I had a very good experience for my first time at this location in Redlands. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had several tests done which he explained in detail before each one. The wait time was minimal considering how busy they were.
