Dr. Evans was great, but the technicians need a bit more training in customer service. The technician didn’t introduce herself nor did she greet me. I had to chat her up quite a bit to get her to loosen up. She did warm up at the end, but it took some effort on my part.

Dr Lu was knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time was bad. About 45 minutes but I've had to wait longer at other doctor appointments. That's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5

Tech. and doctor were both welcoming and friendly. Both very thorough and explained what they were doing and why. I felt at ease and was happy with their service.
