We were extremely disappointed to have my daughter discharged from Saturday appointments over a single missed visit—especially under the circumstances of a death in our family. This was our first ever no-call/no-show, and we have otherwise always respected their scheduling.
I also work in healthcare, and I cannot imagine treating a patient this way. There was a complete lack of compassion and flexibility in a situation that clearly warranted understanding. This experience felt both shocking and unprofessional. I wish I could leave the dr ZERO stars!
